The Berber carpet
The Berber carpet is a north African hand knotted carpet of the Berber tribes.
Originally Berber carpets were a rather loose, roughly attached, patterned carpet with very luminous colors. Today, the Berber carpet suits almost every stile and decoration. The colors include more bright natural colors and the carpets use between 4-6 kg of wool per square meter. Consequently, this makes it a very stable and heavy carpet.
The Berber carpet has developed itself to one of the most popular and neutral carpets, which can adapt to almost every interior design and stile.
